The Chamber’s networking
events are open to all Chamber members and guests. The
Chamber comprises the collective business voice of Redondo
Beach so by attending networking events you can discover
what is planned in Redondo Beach that may affect your
business.
Business After Hours Mixers
Open to all Chamber members and guests. They begin at 5:30
PM (till 7:30 PM) on the second Wednesday of each month
(always check the Event
Calendar). These monthly events are
held at a local restaurant in a separate private dining area
for maximum business communications. Enjoy experiencing a
taste of the best restaurants in Redondo Beach while meeting
potential new customers.
Network Café
Open to all
Chamber members and guests. Network Café Luncheons begin at
11:30AM (till 1PM) on the third Thursday of each month
(always check the Event
Calendar). These monthly luncheons
are held at a local restaurant in a separate private dining
area for maximum business communications.
Network Cafes are formatted
to allow informal networking during the first 30 minutes.
The structured program kicks off with each attendee giving a
30-second promotional commercial on his or her business. New
members are introduced, Chamber membership anniversary
certificates are presented and pictures taken to appear in
the Chamber Newsletter.
Enjoy a great meal, gain
business knowledge and possibly meet the next big contract.
You’re going to have lunch anyway. Why not make it a
productive lunch? RSVP requested.
Ribbon Cutting Celebrations...Your time to shine…
Ribbon Cuttings are a great
technique to promote your business, whether a new
business/division/department, new to Redondo Beach,
celebrating a special occasion, a new Chamber membership
and/or a business with new ownership.
Ribbon Cuttings are planned
in advance with Chamber staff to pick the optimum date for
your business and City events.
Although this event is geared
towards Chamber Ambassadors and members, you are strongly
encouraged to invite your own guests – this is your event.
Invite your top clients, your
potential clients, your banker, district management, your
business neighbors, etc. Offer tours, refreshments,
brochures, business literature, etc. Ribbon Cuttings can be
as elaborate as you wish, utilizing the services of some of
our members, i.e. caterers, florists etc. Put your best foot
forward!
The Chamber staff provides
flyers, the scissors, ribbon, a beautiful Welcome
certificate from the Mayor’s office, a photographer, and
printed photos. Chamber staff will submit photos to the
Beach Reporter and editor of Beach Business.
