Why Healthspan Is the Real Goal
Living longer is a gift. But living longer in good health — with energy, clarity, mobility, and purpose — is the true goal. That’s the difference between lifespan and healthspan.

Lifespan is the number of years you live. Healthspan is how many of those years you stay fully alive — with a strong body, sharp mind, and no chronic disease.
It’s about reaching your senior years in vibrant health, like the centenarians in the Blue Zones, who enjoy the longest healthspans in the world.

As chronic conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, cancer and cognitive decline become increasingly common — often decades before retirement — it’s clear we need a smarter path forward. We run SNP (single nucleotide polymorphism) testing to uncover your personal health blueprint.
