Housing & Services
- Outreach services throughout the South Bay cities, targeting areas identified as homeless "hot spots" and engaging with those living in them.
- Screenings and Coordinated Entry Assessments to determine eligibility for services and housing programs.
- Case management is available to all individuals assessed. Case managers help clients prepare for permanent housing, by assisting with the receipt of identification documents, applying for benefits, accessing supportive services, and more.
- Housing location services help clients find and secure a permanent home.
- Ongoing supportive services after clients move into permanent housing.
