The MHPAEA mandate requires companies to provide equal mental and physical health benefits coverage, with penalties of $100 per day per employee for non-compliance. While businesses with fewer than 50 employees aren’t required to provide insurance, they can still benefit from our IRS-compliant wellness program, and substantial FICA tax and workers’ comp savings. Art Show: Mark your calendars for the 11th Friends of Mychal's Art show on Saturday, February 8th from 10AM-3PM! About 25 artists will showcase their work at our open house at Mychal's Learning Place. In alignment with Mychal's mission of providing opportunities for individuals with disabilities, all artists fall within this community and have a strong focus on growing their presence in the art world.
