Leadership Redondo​

Leadership Redondo is a 12-month exploratory program designed to connect civic, business, and community leaders with the goal of enhancing and strengthening Redondo Beach. Founded in 2000, the program is built on the belief that a deeper understanding of the community’s structure and needs leads to more effective leadership and service.
Each year, a new class of participants engages in a nine-month curriculum featuring monthly sessions held across Redondo Beach, the South Bay, and Los Angeles County. Following the educational portion, participants collaborate on the design and implementation of a community improvement project.
The program is operated by the Redondo Beach Chamber Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (FEIN #27-2522328).

Program Attendance and Requirements
To graduate from Leadership Redondo Beach, participants are expected to attend all sessions. Participants who miss more than two sessions will be dropped from the program without a refund of tuition. The Orientation is mandatory.

​Leadership Tuition
Tuition for 2025 Class will be $995. Class sessions are held on the 2nd Friday of each month. A graduation ceremony is planned by each class to coincide with the completion of the class project.
