Exclusively for seniors (62+) and disabled residents of Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach. Residents must pre-register for this Dial-a-Ride paratransit service. The WAVE offers a great alternative to driving alone to destinations within Redondo Beach and Hermosa Beach and designated satellite facilities in Torrance and Manhattan Beach.
